Vendors

Vendor registration is now open!

Vendors may be businesses, facilities, clinics, hospitals, organizations, non-profits and/or individual providers that provide or promote mental health.

To ensure vendors align with the goals and mission of Mentally We’re Here, there is an application process for vendors. Once approved, potential vendors will be sent registration forms. Payment is required to ensure registration. Approval to register doesn’t not guarantee you a booth.

A single booth is $100

You get one 8ft table and one chair in a space approximately 10x10

Vendors agree to the following...

  • All vendors must have a clear connection to the theme of the event as a mental health festival. Vendors should also display a commitment to reducing mental health stigma, support diversity and inclusion, and promote evidence-based practices. Any techniques, theoretical framework, products, or services sold/promoted must have clear and verifiable scientific basis.

• Because one of the aims of Mentally We’re Here is to make mental health accessible and engaging, all vendors should have a free activity, demonstration, or provide freebies to the public. Some examples could be a mental health screener, quick assessment, game that provides psychoeducation, or interaction with a therapy animal. Get creative!

• Informative and/or educational activities provided at booth must be provided to public free of charge.

• The primary focus of your booth must match the information submitted with approved application. If there are changes, vendor must contact event organizer for approval if activity/focus change from initial proposal.

• No generators are allowed for activities.

• The festival will be open to the public at 10:00 am and close at 5:00 pm. Vendors are required to be open and stay for duration of event.

• Site preparation/load in will be from 6:00 am until 10:00 am. You can arrive at any time to setup during this window, but must be open by 10:00 am.

• Site cleanup/load out will be from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm.

• The festival is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine.

• Registration is non-refundable.

• Vendor space consists of an approximate 10x10 space. One booth registration includes one eight-foot table and one chair. Vendors are welcome to bring additional chairs, their own tent, and signage. You can register for adjacent tables for an additional fee.

• Vendors and exhibitors are welcome to sell and give away items.

• Sales tax for items sold must be paid by vendors in compliance with local and state law.

• All vendor activities/games must be confined to allotted booth space.

• You are responsible for properly collecting and disposing of any trash produced by your booth at the end of the event.

• Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner.

• No smoking or alcohol allowed on event grounds.

• Roaming solicitations/petitions not allowed.

• Food items cannot be sold or given away without prior permission from event organizer and a permit from St. Louis Health department.

• All vendors will comply with rules of Francis Park and the City of St. Louis.

• Vendors/exhibitors with liability insurance should present copies of their insurance to the organizer at least 30 days prior to the event, naming the festival as additionally insured.

• Mentally We’re Here reserves the right to determine whether any vendor is eligible for inclusion in the festival. Any deemed inappropriate or who do not comply with rules, regulations, or local law may be denied future participation.

• Additional information will be sent out to vendors as we get closer to the event date.

• Organizer reserves the right to adjust or add policies and procedures as needed. This is the first year so please be patient!
