Take time to quiet your mind, self-reflect, reduce stress, and thoughtfully focus through this active form of meditation. Unlike a maze which has dead ends, a labyrinth is a single winding path that leads from an outer edge to the center. Participants will use a finger from their non-dominant hand to trace the path of a handheld finger labyrinth pdf while listening to soft meditative music. At the end, folks can volunteer to share their experience.
Dancing is one of the best things you can do for your mental health! Dork Dancing is a free dance movement and mental health advocacy campaign where activism and celebration meet for a happier and healthier world. There is no right or wrong way to dork dance. The idea is to simply get out of your head and into your body and move freely!
